Abstract

The dynamic business environment requires human resource functions to adapt through continuous evolution due to rapid technological development, shifting workforce expectations, and market changes. The framework of Agile HR practices enhances adaptability and efficiency and improves responsiveness in human capital management. The implementation of agile methodologies from software development backgrounds allows HR professionals to improve recruitment processes and talent management functions as well as employee engagement initiatives and organizational development initiatives. The research examines how agile principles help HR functions by delivering better adaptability superior employee experiences and superior organizational results. The adoption of agility by HR teams continues to face three main obstacles which include workforce resistance to change as well as insufficient agile knowledge and organizational structural limitations. The paper outlines effective approaches to deploy agile HR practices which involve building continuous improvement cultures utilizing digital resources and maintaining HR strategies that match business agility needs. The discussion delves into the implications of agile HR practices for organizational adaptability and long-term success. The paper also delivers concrete recommendations for HR professionals to effectively embed agile methodologies throughout their operational systems for enduring business expansion and market leadership in a dynamic business environment
