About the Journal

Academic Archives is an open-access, double-blind peer-reviewed academic repository published by African University Journals and Prints (AUJP), FUTA North Gate, Akure, Ondo State, Nigeria. The repository is dedicated to advancing scholarly communication by providing a credible platform for the dissemination, preservation, and global visibility of high-quality research across diverse academic disciplines.
In keeping with its commitment to equitable and accessible scholarly publishing, Academic Archives does not levy Article Processing Charges (APCs) for the publication of accepted manuscripts. However, to ensure the integrity, transparency, and sustainability of its rigorous two-stage double-blind peer-review process, a non-refundable peer-review fee of ₦10,000 is required for each manuscript submitted. This fee supports the administrative and editorial management of the review process, including the coordination of independent expert reviewers and quality assurance procedures. Payment of the peer-review fee does not guarantee acceptance for publication, as editorial decisions are based solely on the scholarly merit, originality, methodological rigor, ethical compliance, and significance of the submitted work.
Every manuscript undergoes a comprehensive evaluation by qualified reviewers and the Editorial Board. Only manuscripts that successfully satisfy the recommendations of the reviewers and comply with the repository's editorial and ethical standards are accepted for publication. Through this rigorous quality assurance process, Academic Archives maintains its commitment to publishing reliable, impactful, and internationally recognized scholarly research.
This version reads like the publication policy statements used by established academic repositories and journal publishers while clearly distinguishing the peer-review fee from an Article Processing Charge (APC).
